Positive: A couple of issues came up, but were handled immediately and professionally. The owners are very kind and thought of me on my 70th birthday with a generous gift. The residents in the building are very nice, also. We spent a lit of time enjoying the balcony.
Negative: It can be a bit loud at times, but we got used to it.

Positive: The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious, the balcony was especially nice. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, within walking distance of the city center (about 3 km) and in the other direction from the stadium and park (about 2 km). We were also able to park our rental car in the fenced courtyard without any extra charge. Alessandra and her husband were friendly, helpful and always easy to reach.

Positive: Alessandra was very helpful with directions to the apartment and how to enter the complex, the building and the apartment. The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished. The main bedroom is ensuite. The second bedroom has a single bed with a bathroom right next to the room. Both beds were very comfortable. The residential neighborhood is safe and quiet and there is considerable access to the historic city center by bus, trams or train. The location is within a ten minute walk from the Notarbartolo train station making it convenient (under 30 mins) to reach the airport. The WiFi and AC are wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment for those looking for a longer stay. The terrace is a terrific spot for your morning coffee.
Negative: If you are looking to stay in the hectic city-center, this is not the place for you. However, having stayed in the center a week earlier, this location was a very welcomed relief.

Positive: An absolutely excellent place to stay. Everything that is needed is there, hosts are very friendly and accommodating, many local shops and restaurants nearby. Really nice view from the balcony, and train station is approx 5 minutes away. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Positive: The apartment was gorgeous and very specious. Basically it has everything that we needed, very well equipped. Its not located in the city center but you can easily travel to the center via buses. 5-10 min walk and there is a bus that can take you to the city center and central station or in the opposite way, to Mondello. In close vicinity there is a train station which connects with Palermo airport. Few bigger shops were available in the neighborhood. Overall, the neighborhood by itself felt safe. The apartment had a lift. We loved a beautiful balcony with an amazing view. There were 2 TVs. Bedroom had a big, comfy bed. All of that looked better than it was shown in the photos. The host was incredibly nice and helpful. If needed, the host was happy to help, which is always appreciated. Very good contact. Summaring, we definitely can recommend this place. It we ever come back, we will be looking for availability in this place.
Negative: Waste bins in bathrooms would be nice but it’s a small detail

Positive: The apartment is high up with a light, airy feel and great views over the surrounding area. It is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The area feels safe and quiet for Palermo and convenient for trains, trams and buses into the city centre and to/from the airport.
Negative: Perhaps the recycling arrangements could have been clearer.
