In the city center, in a historic building from the early 1900s, a large bright, welcoming apartment equipped with every comfort. Spread over 2 levels: a large open-space living room with sofa, table and open kitchen leads to the upper floor with another lounge area with sofa, yoga corner, 2 bedrooms both with window and 2 bathrooms.
All the windows are equipped with high soundproof glass.

ACCOMMODATION
T-home is located on the second floor of a very central historical building, with lift and concierge service, and has been recently renovated to guarantee guests an extremely comfortable stay.
The decor mixes a contemporary flavor design with modern antiques.
All the windows are equipped with high soundproof glass.
The 160 sqm apartment is spread over two levels: at the first entrance, large and bright open-space living room with sofa, TV with satellite channels, large table and a modern kitchen with island, equipped with everything you need.
Two balconies overlook the city, one of the two has a table and two chairs.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor: under a suggestive vault decorated with stucco there is a relaxation area with soft sofa, stereo and an area designed for lovers of Yoga or pilates (equipped with two mats, ball, elastic, bricks, weights).
From here, through a hallway you enter the two double bedrooms, with King Size 160x200 beds (one bedroom can possibly be converted into 2 separate beds), and the two bathrooms, both with spacious shower room.

Summary: There is no better place to be in central Palermo than Angelo's place. An absolutely charming host. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped and fantastically located. Around the corner, fabulous pastry places, restaurants and a great high-end grocery store. The owner is a gem -- elegant, responsive and when asked, always had better solutions than we had found online, like for example our car rental needs. The apartment itself has grand proportions -- truly and updated version of what was once a grand family home. We consider it a privilege to have stayed in this most wonderful home.

Summary: Our stay at Angelo’s apartment could not have been better. The place was so comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. Wish we had stayed longer. Angelo was so accommodating and kind and even arranged a car service for a pickup to the airport. Would love to come back and visit Palermo and stay there again. Thanks again!

Summary: The apartment was lovely, spotless and well located. Our charming host met us at the door and provided helpful information on historic sites, restaurants, etc. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. The one thing I would mention is that both bathrooms are on the second floor with the bedrooms, and the circular stairway leading to them may be a challenge for some older visitors.

Summary: We really loved our stay in Angelo's apartment. Everything was spotless and clean and well outfitted. The only drawback to the whole apartment was the spiral staircase. All the people in our party were over 70 and dragging luggage up the staircase was quite a trick lol. This apartment is centrally located to everything.and made it perfect for exploring. Angelo was super accommodating and took care of all of our needs in a timely manner. The beds were super comfortable and bedrooms had blackout curtains. I think it's the best sleep my wife and I have had in a long time.

Summary: Literally in the heart of Palermo, this large luxurious apartment will make you feel like royalty. This private property is just steps away from excellent restaurants and a gourmet grocery store. Two balconies overlook Palermo's main street, but property is a private fortress, with access only through a locked door to the charming courtyard. Modern appointments abound, with high-end kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry. 3 air conditioning systems, and a private elevator keep you cool and comfortable. Angelo is a fantastic host, and lives on the property, so that should tell you something! Make sure you stroll down to the waterfront for dinner at least once. Highly recommended!

Summary: My family and I have perfect stay, it was a perfect last few days of our busy 1o days vacation. The location is in the heart of Palermo, with shops and restaurants on both sides. It is very quiet due to it's remote access. We were met by Angelo and walked to our apartment. There was fresh fruit and a bottle of chilled white wine waiting for us. The apartment is very spacious with a large kitchen, dining and living room on the main floor. Second floor has a large lounge area which we turned into sleeping quarters, and small size yoga area on the other side of the open area loft. There are 2 large bedrooms that have a shared full bathroom (luxiourous bathroom) and another bathroom (just as luxurious) next to a very large laundry room. There are 2 balconies with large/tall windows that light up the entire apartment. The zen vibes were flowing. We felt like royalty!!!! Thank you Angelo for being available to us at all hours as well as your great recommendations.
