The sleeping area has 5 bedrooms, each provided with A/C units and heating, 3 of which are double rooms with king size beds, while 2 are twin bedrooms with the possibility of adding 3 extra beds.
The house can host a total of 13 people plus the possibility of adding 2 additional beds for children.
In the sleeping area there are 2 complete bathrooms with showers + 1 service bathroom. Three of the bedrooms overlook the fully furnished terraces and two face the inner garden.
The living area consists of a large and bright living room that overlooks one of the terraces and has a cozy fireplace and a 55-inch satellite TV.
The living area is completed by a fully equipped and furnished kitchen.
You will be able to relax and sunbathe in a well-kept Mediterranean garden with gazebo, dining / living area, sofas, a kitchen equipped with stove, barbecue and fridge, and a bathroom with laundry area.
You will also have access to the Solarium area completed with deck chairs, sun umbrella , a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower.
There is parking for 2 cars inside the property. The strategic position allows you to reach by foot and in a few minutes the best beaches of Mondello. The area is served by a market, bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants and bars. Summary: I can't say enough good things about this booking. The house itself is great - we were three couples with three children and the home had spacious, comfortable bedrooms for everyone. Several living spaces both indoors and outdoors so everyone was happy. The ping pong table in the garden was a hit with adults and children alike. The many fruit trees were exciting for everyone to experience. The garden has three separate areas for sitting and/or dining so you can chase the sun or the shade - whichever you prefer. The outdoor kitchen setup was amazing! Of course, the indoor kitchen was great too. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms, although we did not need that when we stayed at the end of October. There are no negatives about this property. At the end of October the beaches were quiet as most of the tourists were gone, same with the many restaurants. The sea was warm enough to swim and crystal clear. We walked everywhere, less than a mile to the furthest restaurant on Mondello or less than a 5 minute walk to the closest restaurant. Our host was so kind and responded very quickly to any questions we had, about the area or the house. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Summary: The house is beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to beach, good restaurants and bakery and bus into Palermo. We'd definitely stay there again. We were a group of 8 adults. The host was responsive, helpful and nice.

Summary: Our stay at Ornella's place was everything we hoped. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 10 people. It is walkable to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend it and stay again. Some highlights were Ornella's willingness to answer many questions before our arrival. She gave us contacts for drivers and helpful tips that we really appreciated. The home was also very clean. Everyone in our group noted how clean it was for being a historic home, so we wanted to give compliments to the cleaning crew. Thank you again for letting us stay!

Summary: Our group was quite comfortable in the beautiful home. Our gracious hostess met us at the house and went over all of the amazing features. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to wonderful restaurants. The kitchen was very well supplied and we did some cooking too. We were so happy with our choice to stay in Mondello rather than busy and crowded Palermo. I highly recommend this place!

Summary: What a beautiful house in a perfect location of Mondello Beach. Plenty of space for our family. Everything in the house is treated with love and care. Comfortable beds, pleasantly smelling sheets, plenty of towels, great outside area with extra outdoor shower, dining tables. Super responsive and welcoming hosts. Summary: We were a group of 13 (4 separate families - 8 adults, 5 children). We found that this property had just enough space for all of us. The house and grounds are spectacular. We all commented that it was lucky that we had a group of well behaved children since there are many antiques and valuable collectibles on the property and many things could easily be broken. It felt a bit like a museum. We liked the proximity to the beach. Mondello beach is beautiful and we were able to get chairs each day. We often took advantage of the discount mid day price. On days we were not at the beach, we felt the location was lacking. It was an expensive taxi ride to Palermo Proper and the bus is...well, the bus. It works, is inexpensive, but you have to figure out the system and be willing to ride crowded buses. There are places to walk around the beach front area but not too much for the kids to do if we were not at the beach.

Summary: We were 2 families traveling together - ages 15-84. This villa is strikingly beautiful, with very large rooms and tall ceilings. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The outside areas are really nice as well. Ornella greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house - and she was very responsive throughout the booking process. We walked to the beach and local restaurants from the house. When we went into Palermo, there was a taxi stand just down the road. Airport only 20 minutes by taxi. We also hired Giovanna for a day to take us to an ancestral village. She was a wonderful and informative tour guide. We would definitely stay at this villa again.

Summary: Beautiful house and property on a lovely tree-lined street only a block from the pristine beach and some delicious restaurants. The house is spacious and the garden is lush with gorgeous views of the mountains and the lovely orchard. We always had a hot shower! The kitchen has everything a family could need and our lovely host left us some groceries to get us through until we found the grocery store. Ornella is so very thoughtful and welcoming❣️ She had a gift waiting from my ancestral home in Sicily🎁💝Her son, Antonio was our driver and tour guide extraordinaire. He is bilingual and helped immensely by making our outings seamless and stress-free. Come to Mondello for the sea, the great food and sights…. But you will return because of the people and hospitality. This was my second stay in this lovely property. Grazie💜🤩

Summary: Amazing ending to our Sicily vacation. Couldn’t have asked for a better villa. Clean, spacious and everything you want in a villa.
