The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. There are televisions is both bedrooms as well as the living room. Summary: Vacations are meant to be enjoyed but some are better than others. This was one of those vacations. Out cottage was perfect for our needs. Not knowing anything about Boca Grande and Gasparillo Island we weren't sure about location, convenience, beach access etc. All were 5 star. The VRBO office couldn't have been nicer. We met the owners on our second day and they made the stay even more special. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend our accomodations.

Summary: Terrific home. Lots of space and comfy beds. VERY close to the beach, and the beaches north of town have few if any people on them. Two downsides: The house is a little far from town, but not a deal breaker. The bedroom we stayed in was quite noisy because so close to highway, and the air system (only in that one room) was VERY loud.
