Positive: Budget price accommodation was OK, location good

Negative: Extremely musty smell in all the rooms, obviously a damp problem within the walls, that needs to be addressed. Need at least a strong chair to sit on instead of wobbly old brown one. Bit poor only 1 teaspoon provided in each room, when accom is for 2. More attention to detail when cleaning rooms, we had an opened carton of milk in fridge, left by previous guest!! No air-conditioning, needs at least a split system on the wall. Comparing the same price for overnight in other places we stayed in Tasmania, yours was way below standard, comparing them.

Summary: Good location, but really needs to be upgraded for the price being charged.

Positive: Parking right outside room, the food in the restaurant was very good almost a la carte which felt odd as the restaurant is not aesthetic. It was well priced food plus a good wine list

Negative: It's ready for a refurb, rooms as tired
