Summary: Clean with plenty of parking. Bed was nice and kitchenette well appointed. Good shower and bed good about medium firmness that suits me. Little things like shaving cream in the bathroom was a nice touch. All in all a great overnight stay to see Queenstown.

Summary: Great staff, rooms in excellent condition and loved the high ceilings. An anti-slip shower mat was provided 👍 and the shower head was great. Excellent.

Summary: Guest laundry not bad, staff very helpful, clean room, loved the electric blanket. A/C: stopped working spoke to manager who was very quick and seemed have fixed it. After an hour it stopped and went into a cycle of half hour on half hour off. This was annoying as it would rezero each time start up facing the bed so a big gush of wind. If it was not so cold I would have gone without, thus caused a poor nights sleep, not good.

Summary: Rooms are very nice and clean. Parking is good right outside your door. Has a laundry room so no need to look for a laundromat. But most of all staff are very nice and very helpful. Great view from the front door.

Summary: The staff (I forgot to ask his name) on the night shift (16th May) was amazing. He gave us a pack of instant noodles and some bananas, as all the dinner places around the area were closed. Very kind and useful.
