Summary: home was comfortable Lot of supplies in kitchen were available,pellets for BBQ were available Best cutting knives we have ever used maintenance was not tended to and we had several issues,toilet leaking, shutoff valve leaking, bulbs missing or burned out. no sink stopper, no propane in outdoor table. screen door patio hard to move, two three way light switches non functioning things like that should all have been checked out by management company and not left to tenants to report frustrating considering the fee paid for that to the management company

Summary: Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to walking/hiking trails. House well appointed with kitchen gadgets. And the Traeger grill was a great amenity. It was nice to be outside of busy and congested phoenix. Grocery store and a few great restaurants close by (Shinko and El Fugón were our favorites). TV’s we’re tricky to work and then we realized they needed new batteries. Not a big enough of a negative to matter much. We would def stay here again. Beds were comfortable and the enclosed backyard was great for our dog.
