Summary: We loved our stay at the property. It was very clean and well-maintained. Property owner always was prompt in responding to questions/requests and could not have been nicer. Overall, a great experience.

Summary: Our stay couldn't have been better. The owners were personable, respectful and professional. They were always available to help or ask questions when need be and made our stay very enjoyable. Beautiful home with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. My family enjoyed themselves and if we are ever in the area again and this home is available. We will stay again and so should anyone else.

Summary: Overall very very nice home. A few things that typically would make me rate the home at 4 star but the host was so accommodating and very quick on communication that it more than made up for the one star so I gave it a 5 star anyway. The carpeting in master bedroom needs to be updated / replaced and a better pool cover system should be installed making it easier to remove and put back on. It was hard figuring out which part of the cover went where so having some sort of numbered or colored system would be helpful.

Summary: We were excited for our girls weekend but there were some things that stuck out for us that we were disappointed in. Overall cleanliness was an issue- the hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Walking around inside our feet were black which shouldn’t be happening if it’s being cleaned efficiently. That home either sat vacant for weeks or their cleaning crew isn’t cleaning and mopping floors. Rooms were dusty and just felt dirty in some areas. Trashes were completely full outside so the fact someone didn’t appropriately clean and dispose of everything before our stay was very very disappointing. Owner told us why we didn’t tell him? We’ll we didn’t know until the day before we were leaving and is not our responsibility to tell you. You or your property manager should know exactly know what condition home is in and previous cleaning crew never removed. One of our gfriends was bit by a scorpion and home we were told was treated on the exterior for all of insects and such. Backyard was nice but you definitely see the wear and tear on pool and there was no diving board which is very apparent in their online pictures. Update what is available and no longer working etc. for guests Bedroom and bathroom structure was not clear whatsoever. 2 out of the 3 bathrooms are inside bedrooms which isn’t ideal when you have large group. They advertise the room with 2 beds has plenty of space and you can barely walk in there let alone have 2 adults share space. Small twin beds.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Amberwood Drive. It was at a great location, close to our golf courses, supplies, and restaurants. Looking forward to having the opportunity to stay there the next time we come to the Chandler/Phoenix area.

Summary: The house was spotless. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub were as advertised. Great location. Very safe. Easy access to hiking trails. Our host was always available in case we had an issue.
