Positive: Sauna and pool are great! Staff are friendly and location can’t be beat ! Also very clean

Negative: Could use some paper towel in the room, super minor just walked across and bought some at the grocery store!

Positive: Very comfortable stay for one night in a good area in Kalowna. Nice staff in reception & very helpful. We were able to do some catch up on some laundry on our road trip. Very helpful. So good, we booked another night for our return trip through Kelowna.

Positive: I liked the location and the room was spacious and clean.

Negative: Upon our arrival, the room was freezing and it took hours to warm up. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they brought us blankets and an electric heater.

Summary: It was a decent place to stay, made better by the staff.

Positive: Great location. Close to amenities and the beach. Pool is great. Staff are super friendly.

Negative: Bathrooms are tiny. Barely any counter space, like no room for multiple items. Also we're no blankets for the sofa bed, had to ask.
