Summary: It was ok but I expected much more. I think its a better place for families not a romantic getaway which is what we were looking for. The room was definitely clean and comfortable but the customer service fell short. When we checked in, we got very little information on how to navigate the resort. We had to go all the way to the second reception to get a card that would let us access the bigger pools but this never worked so we were only able to access the one pool and there were no towels. Before arriving I got a message from the hotel asking if we were celebrating something and saying the reservation included reusable water bottles and lobby snacks due to the extra resort fee we paid for. We got none of this. Room service and the restaurant was also just ok.

Summary: The hotel is old and noisy, the rooms small and could use a good scrub. The blinds were rickity and stay open, and the floors were dirty. The whiskey bar was super noisy at night and kept us up u til after 1am

Summary: Had a lovely weekend stay here with a few friends. Room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. There were lots of options for on site activities to entertain, as well as various food options.

Summary: staff was friendly, the room was clean, it was nice, the bed was comfortable. I was only there 1 night, and did not have a chance to enjoy the amenities. the lakeside dining and boardwalk dining were wonderful with an amazing view off the lake.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay. Big room that had a heritage feel. Close to beaches and in pandosy area with lots of shops and restaurants. Dinner and beers on the hotel restaurant patio was great.

Summary: The location was very relaxing. We did try to upgrade our room but suspect the young lady on reception didn't understand our request? Unfortunately our room was next to the room that a generator of some sorts, so was noisy throughout the night. Reception was unattended in the morning so couldn't share this with them. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel.

Summary: Most amenities were closed, “private beach” is a very small stretch, called front desk multiple times for services that were not honoured after the first request, just overall not worth the price tag attached

Summary: Terrible! Our room was #201, and we were told that there was “a beautiful view over the lake”! We could not change rooms since it was booked with you online. The room was directly above the lounge/bar, and below what we believe to be the convention room. We had the activity of the bar go on til 1:30-2:00 am and then the morning cleaning crew was in there by 7:00 am. The convention room had activity all night long as well! Our room looked like it had been converted to be a rental. This room looked like it had been a private office at one time and then converted into a rental room. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t really seemed bothered that there was a problem with the room.
