Summary: Great location for a ski trip, even though we found the Jordanelle entrance to D.V. is no longer a secret. Still, it was a short drive to the Snow Park Lodge at D.V., and after skiing we came home to a quiet basement (but not dark) apartment in a small town with no traffic. The kitchen is small, but fine for two people and a short stay.

Summary: This accommodation is pleasant. My only complaint is that I paid a significant housekeeping fee and then received a list of housekeeping requirements after I had finalized the rental agreement. We were asked to take out the garbage but there were not instructions as to where to dispose of it. Also, a requirement was to wash and put away all dishes. I think the owner of this house should make sure that the dishes are sanitized and put away for the use of their guests. I don’t like the idea that a guest was responsible for cleaning the dishes. During our current health concerns I want to know that the dishes were cleaned and sanitized appropriately. I would just get a hotel room next time so that I wasn’t responsible for a list of house keeping responsibilities on top of a large housekeeping fee.
