Summary: The basement location was great, well taken care of and very convenient for our stay. The only thing (which was pretty big in our eyes) was that the owners lived in the house upstairs and it was NOT soundproof. Footsteps, conversations and construction work all sounded as if it were in the same room as us. Really want to give a higher rating due to the quality of everything else but it was unfortunately very frustrating.

Summary: Three of us stayed here for a couple of days. The host was friendly and responsive. There is occasional noise from upstairs since this is in the basement. It's close to downtown.
