Welcome to our ~500 sq ft modern, fully furnished flat with breathtaking views of canyon and mountains! It is available for you to enjoy the beauty of nature, yet stay close to all the main attractions of the beautiful San Diego. The flat is located in one of the safest neighborhoods, just minutes away from Lake Poway, hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. Downtown (Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town), beaches, LEGO Land and other main points of interest are within 20-25 miles so the car is a must.
The flat is equipped with full kitchen, coffee and panini makers, 2 Samsung smart TV’s, washer and dryer. There are skylights in every room, including the bathroom!
Very flexible and convenient check-in/check-out procedures and minimum to no interaction with owners, who are only a phone call/text/email away when needed.

Summary: Nice location, nice touches in the unit. If the living room/ dining area/ kitchen was bigger that would have made a huge difference. However it was cramped about 150 sq ft for these areas combined. We got a few bruises getting through the doorway from living room/kitchen on our hips and shin bruises from the sharp angled bedframe. Bedroom and bathroom were fine. You can hear the other occupants through the wall at night sometimes. I really appreciated the glass electric coffee pot.

Summary: I was in Poway for a few weeks to help my son and his family when their new baby arrived. I loved the location, so close to town, yet still felt so rural. The area is just gorgeous- I loved exploring. The hostess was very responsive to all my questions. It was great to have a garage to park and enter the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t cook in the house except to make coffee in the morning and tea at night, but it was well outfitted if someone does want to cook meals. I’m not sure it would have been as comfortable if there were many more people. It was perfect for one or two people, or maybe a couple with a small child. I would definitely stay again if it’s available when I come back to visit!

Summary: A lovely stay in the “country” side of San Diego. Close to hiking trails and great views. It has everything we needed with a lot of little touches to help make it comfortable. We enjoyed our long weekend stay very much!

Summary: We were very happy with our stay. The property is quite small but was fine for us. The bedroom TV never worked--but that was no big deal except one time when it would have been nice. Lots of privacy. The location is good if you want access to the great little city of Poway and especially surrounding towns like Ramona and Julian for hiking, biking, etc..
