Summary: This place was awesome. It was spotless and we were very comfortable here, Communication was easy through text when I had a question. We really enjoyed the porch where we could have our morning coffee. We plan to stay here again when we come back in the winter.

Summary: We booked our stay because our house flooded. It was comfortable and quite. We had an unexpected death in the family and had to check out a week early. Just wish that VRBO could have cancelled our stay early so we could have had a refund. Over all it’s a perfect get away spot

Summary: I came to San Diego to meet with my oldest and very loved friend from NY. The house is beautiful and so is the area. However, the description says "not too far from main attractions ", but it's pretty far away from everything. I guess, it wouldn't be a problem if we were ready. Another disappointment was a "kitchenette" . I think you need to mention it doesn't have a stove or at least an electric teapot. The breakfasts were not what we expected. Troy is a great host, very helpful. The bottom line is, if the description woul be more accurate it would make our stay even better.
