Positive: Really great place. Location, value for money, thoughtfulness of the amenities (beach chairs, beach towels etc). Very sophisticated hosting process with all info and easy check in

Positive: Beds were super comfortable, lots of open space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed. Hot tub was Hot and enjoyable.

Negative: We were there with the grooms party and family for my son's wedding. There wasn't a single full length mirror in the house for everyone to assess their outfits, style, look, makeup, hair etc. And there isn't a single bathroom with double sinks and a wide mirror for multiple people to get ready for events. So that was challenging, especially for the women and all the makeup and hair prep. I also had inquired and requested early checkin upon booking which they said was probably doable, but they didn't provide us access until 3:58 two minutes before the listed check in time. That was dissapointing.

Summary: Location was convenient to our events, and host was very attentive and responsive.

Positive: Room layouts, amenities in bathrooms, plant of plates, cups and coffee, tea too. Backyard is useful for family gathering and pets. Hot tub and close to the beach.

Negative: Abundance of big leaves on the driveway and front yard that were slippery and I fell trying to get in my car. Front wall outside has many cracks which is uncomfortable and unpleasant to look at. TV’s are outdated making it hard to watch their cable system and such. Only 1 medium sized frying pan to make eggs and such. Bees present outside on the palm tree by the patio furniture. Water pressure weak.
