Summary: Nice room, good view. Silly policy with the $30 credit everyday for the room to spend - it was confusing how you could use the credit and if it could be rolled over to another day or not. No complimentary coffee in the lobby - had to go upstairs to order coffee to go, very inconvenient because one had to find a waiter to get the coffee, which by the way was $11 for two cups of drip coffee. Pool area just ok - no hot tub. The beach was great - but it is 5 blocks away.

Summary: The bed was ok i guess because i kept getting up all though the night, because the room was so hot! We got a room with great views but the noise above us was not worth it. Our room was above the dinning room. We ordered food ans never got to our room. We got locked out our room because the door needed to be charged, that took 20 min and the food that i bought got cold and no i can't heat it up because they're no microwave in the room.

Summary: While to hotel could use some updating it was a comfortable place to stay. A few issues, the first of which was major: 1. Housekeeping left our door open all day after cleaning one day. We did not get back until the evening, and our door was ajar. I addressed the issue with the Hotel Manager and she said she would look into it and get back to me, that never happened. This is a major security and safety issue that should be a major red flag to anyone looking to stay at this property. 2. There was supposed to be a Fourth of July party from 11 to 7 in the pool area with food at some point. The bar was rarely staffed and no food had been put out all day, at least until we left just before 6. The front desk kept saying they would look into it but it was the restaurant's responsibility. 3. Service at the rooftop restaurant was very poor the first night, but we had outstanding service for breakfasts!

Summary: Everything was fine with check in and there was plenty of parking. Walk to the beach was nice as well. My daughter and I entered the room and right away went to look at the ocean view, it was beautiful! The bathroom though was a little hazardous and dirty. There was a screw in the shower stall and nails on the bathroom counter under a towel. There were blemish patches left on a bathroom shelf from a previous occupant.

Summary: This hotel was good. We enjoyed our one night here, although only having one elevator working was a downside as we had to wait 10-15 min on an occasion due to renovations. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our stay was nice. We really love it here, but will not be staying here again until both of the elevators are fixed. The hotel is between owners right now and I was advised this is why the broken elevator will not be fixed anytime soon. I think it's clever though there is a poster at every elevator advising the guest to "Your Wellness Journey Starts Here" aka "Take the stairs." LOL It's really sad to see the toll it takes on the staff as well. :(
