Summary: Stayed here as was going to Universal for family trip. Didn’t eat at the hotel as was cheaper to just take the shuttle to Universal City walk and get something there. Didn’t like the fact there weren’t much outlets in the room for charging. As well as dusting could have been a little better but guess kind of hard to get behind tables. Enjoyed them making the bed and giving new towels every day!

Summary: Great stay to visit Universal Studios. It was my husband, me and my two boys 8 and 12. The 2 queen room worked perfect. We took the shuttle the first day. But after that just walked. It was quick and took less time than waiting for the shuttle. Will definitely stay again if we need to be in this part of town.

Summary: Great stay close to Universal Studios and Halloween Horror Nights. Walkable during the day and free shuttle available all day. Quick snack options at Starbucks and kiosk or full dining available at restaurant in the main lobby area. One thing we figured out is that there is a 20% automatic gratuity on deinksand food from the restaurant so be aware when tipping! Everyone from the Valet attendant to the desk staff were friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend and come back for our next visit.

Summary: Had a great stay at the Sheraton near Universal Studios. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Thank You Angel for the super quiet room. The property is older but our room was well maintained and spotless. The hotel is also a short 12 min walk to Universal studios...The walk could be a little challenging to people with mobility issues due to to the hilly terrain. I highly recommend this hotel.
