Summary: Rooms appeared dated. Carpet was lifting at edges close to tile. Also restroom door had lots of scratches.

Summary: My experience at the Sheraton Universal Hotel did not match the price charged for the stay. The room was not properly cleaned: there was a lot of dust in the sliding bathroom door track, and some pillows had an unpleasant sweat odor, even though the pillowcases seemed to have been changed. The bed was also not very comfortable. In addition, I felt that the hotel staff were not very helpful during my stay. For the hotel’s standard and the price charged, I expected a higher level of comfort and service.

Summary: Everything was great! Wit the exception of front desk gentleman I did not catch his name but was rude and did not help when I asked for some information. So I moved on to the lady next to him and she was extremely nice and helpful!!!

Summary: The first night we checked in, the hotel had an event on the 21st floor that went until midnight. We asked to be as far away from that as possible and they put us on the 17th floor. Even 4 floors down, the music was so loud it kept us awake. For this reason, I will not stay at this hotel again. Its a very nice hotel and we have stayed here before, which is why we came back, but I am not going to spend that kind of money to stay in a nightclub.
