Positive: Highly recommended. Ideal location, great views from the property. Hollywood Bowl, close by, but not an issue. Patio area, is a great space to have breakfast in the morning, as you make your plans for the day. Our flight was delayed, due to the IT issue and we asked the management company if we could leave our suitcases at the property, taking them before the guests arrived, but we were told this would not be possible. While standing outside the property waiting on our taxi, the owners came out and we spoke with them, explained the situation and they said we could leave our suitcases in the garage, no problem. Unfortunately we made and paid for other arrangements by then, but worth asking the property management company to double check with the owners, it you find yourself in a similar situation. Nina the owners dog was very friendly and would come up in the morning to sit with us outside. I would highly recommend the property, if you are looking accomodation in this area of Los Angeles with the added bonus of outdoor space. Approx 15 min walk to Hollywood Boulevard.

Negative: Possibly a welcome pack on arrival, I appreciate that this would be at an optional additional cost. There were some snacks, but from our point of view, it would have been good to have had the option or milk, bread, eggs, etc. for your first mornings breakfast.

Summary: Highly recommended accomodation in Hollywood Heights, great base location for LA.
