Summary: The hotel was comfortable, but they charge you for everything. They charge you daily for parking, and for breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet option that costs $24 per person, but the breakfast is the same food you could get at any hotel for their continental for free. We would have been ok, but their food was cold and they had no warmers to keep the food fresh. We were extremely disappointed. The only plus was the pool.

Summary: Overall, the location is great - easy to get to many attractions in San Diego as first time visitor. It was great to get warm messages from the hotel before and after the stay, and service is great as expected. the amenities are pretty generic. Outdoor pool is nice. However, the physical state of the hotel does not meet the Sheraton standards that I am used to. Overall outdated design and finishes, and furniture, which is unfortunate. The management should really consider updating the hotel interiors as well as culinary offerings to better serve consumer's expectations.

Summary: The hotel itself was more than fine, but after paying a fairly hefty fee for parking we were disappointed that hotel garage was full (cars from people at a conference) so we had to find a spot in the overflow parking. Not horrible, but not as convenient as we expected.

Summary: We were in town for a concert so we didn’t stay long but we wish we could! The hotel was very nice and we received excellent service. Just perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very smooth with no issues whatsoever. The location was perfect! And the price was reasonable. We’ll be back!
