Summary: Hotel definately feels like a hotel for sale. Counter tops were damaged, cleaning was ok, not perfect though. All the Televangist parts were closed the entire time. Resturant never had more than 3 tables going (I was there sun-fri). It was fine, but not what I was expecting for such a large property. It is also nice thatthe religious vide doesnt bleed into the hotel itself. I will say the sitting areas feel posh and the gym is nice. The free fruit in the gym was a nice touch

Summary: Beautiful new hotel! Very high end hotel with great rooms. One of if not the nicest properties in the hotel area of San Diego’s Mission Valley. Spacious room, very nice bathroom, and service was great

Summary: You must ask for maid service. You must ask for ice. You must leave a note or go to the front desk if you need at least 2 regular coffees. Pretty disappointed in the level of service considering that is not standard at other hotels. Manager did try to make things right which we appreciated.

Summary: I want to give this place 5 stars, but I can’t cause of an issue I had. I called ahead to ask if they had a steamer & was told they did. I didn’t pack mine (and really needed one for an outfit for an event that brought me to San Diego) and was told by several front desk employees they didn’t have one. One after another blamed it on someone from a different shift and didn’t really help me come up with a solution to a problem someone in their hotel caused. Loved everything else about the hotel and wish they just tried to rectify the situation.

Summary: I reserved one room for my family based on excellent reviews for cleanliness. Upon entering the room I found green fuzz on the floor and dismissed it. That night I found a black hair in the shower that did not belong to my family as we had not used he shower yet. The carpet in the room was buckled in 2 spots. It needed to be stretched. The gym had one stationary bike, one rowing machine, one treadmill, and three medicine balls. There were no weights. When I mentioned the hair in the bath tub I was just stared at by the desk clerk. Nothing was said. I requested the room be cleaned the next morning as we only had one day left, things already planned and no time to find a new hotel. While we were out for the day the hotel emailed us asking if they could deep clean the bathroom? I feel that should have been done already and a request should not have had to be made to me for something that is expected when paying for a room plus $30 plus daily for parking. We will never return to this hotel. Upon check out I was not asked how our stay was. The hotel did not appear busy.
