Negative: Parking was awful. A business is in the other units. Laundry lights don't work. Shower curtains didn't fit, leading to water getting on the toilet. Inside is very dated.

Positive: The location, size of the apartment and the price were great. I was doing some work remotely so it was great to have the additional space in the kitchen with a desk. The internet was reliable and we could do our laundry for free. It was also very quiet. Thank you for the coffee machine! And the owner was super responsive.

Negative: Cleaning could have been done better. We were disappointed by what was available in the kitchen (i.e. oil for cooking) but I think that might be because we are spoiled by what we get in NZ in these types of apartments. We were there for a week so it would have been good to have some things to clean the apartment with while we were there e.g. vaccum cleaner, broom, more than one cloth and teatowel (there were six of us).
