Summary: Our view from our second floor room was disappointing- a wall directly in front of our window. The bathroom floor was sticky and the shower window was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Nice customer service

Summary: Room smelled like sweaty socks, shower floor was in need of repair, the shower layout is inane (controls and head are at the opposite end of where the door is so you spray yourself and/or the shower door depending upon which way you open it), bathroom door is useless for privacy, room chairs were worn / damaged, pillows were pathetic.

Summary: Hotel was amazing location, very modern facility. Just seemed in rough shape considering how new it is. Lots of areas need repairs throughout. Even our room was kinds banged up. Tile pulling off the floor when you walk on it, drywall repairs needed. Other than that, great place.

Summary: Not worth 488.00 a night. When asked, I could not get extra pillows and finally only got 2 of 4. Some bar staff were unfriendly at times: "You'll have to wait; I'm busy." The elevator was out twice over two days.

Summary: Run down property. Sliding bathroom door, with no lower track did not close. Asked front desk twice to fix and nothing was done. Furniture damaged with outdated carpeting. TV outdated with limited smart TV functions. Cox cable? With no premium stations? Is this 2015 or 2025? Consistently understaffed in bar and dining area. (The staff on hand were quite good, but were overwhelmed as they tried to keep up). Overall, it seemed as if the hotel was outdated and got by with as little staff as possible. Considering the premium price and Sheraton name, this was very disappointing.
