Summary: Our stay here was good, the condo was clean. The unit is at the front of the property, sits back a bit from the main street, some traffic noise. Neighbors/complex was very quiet. This is a dog friendly unit, right out front is a large grassy area for walking our dog. The bed is comfortable. The owner is very responsive. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Not being familiar with Tempe area, this complex seems to be in an older part of the area that is the reason for the 4 stars on location.
