Summary: The breakfast buffet was delicious. All the staff in the building was attentive and polite. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms meticulously clean.

Summary: The room was fine and the bed was particularly comfortable. However the second night we had no hot water and the ceilings in the lobby were leaking with plaster coming down. That being said, expedia kindly issued us a generous refund. Also worth noting that the pool is permanently closed and the water fountains did not work. The hotel is fine, just old, and there are things that come with being old!

Summary: The room had problems. The vent over the shower was filthy and there was no easy way to plug in phone charger next to bed. The bath tub drain had rust stains. Clearly rooms need an update.

Summary: The facilities were in excellent condition. I enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. My room was quiet and dark when I wanted it to be. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The General Manager Mike demonstrated excellent customer service even going above and beyond his daily tasks to accommodate me during an overnight winter storm.

Summary: Upon entering the hotel we were greeted very warmly by staff who told us about the hotels restaurant. She even recommended to us one of her favorite dishes. Walking into the room we noticed that it was very spacious and clean. The room itself had a very at home feeling with dim lights that some may find peaceful. The bathroom was clean except for the tub which had yellow staining. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good despite not so high reviews. The hotel has free and easy parking aswell.
