Positive: We stayed at Shargmor Stable for two nights, and it was honestly the best place of our whole trip. The views were breathtaking, the fruit trees around the property made it so special, and every detail showed the love and care Syd put into creating this place. Syd is an incredible host – so friendly and welcoming, with inspiring stories about how he built it all. Now that we’re back home, we still miss the peace, quiet, and beauty of Shargmor. It’s a stay we will always remember.

Positive: Do not be deceived by your first view of this accommodation. You step through the door into a gorgeous property with a lovely view. Very spacious but very homely. Syd, the host, has furnished this property with the same love & attention to detail as his own home. The bed was very snuggly & comfy, especially when the electric blanket was turned on a couple of hours before bed! The property is only 10 minutes drive from Hobbiton- The movie set. A must visit attraction. We could not fault this property & definitely recommend for a couple.

Positive: During all of the travels we have stayed, Shargmor Stable has to be the best. The beauty can not compare to others. It was lovely to have everything we could ever need in our own space. The host is very welcoming and willing to help make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back.
