Positive: The house itself was clean and comfortable.

Negative: Dogs on property! This was an oversight on my behalf. Dog mess prevented us using the garden along with the dogs having full access to the garden areas. With small children not being used to big dogs, we couldn't use it and stayed inside. When leaving property, dogs would get up close and one point they were wet and dirty where I had to get changed. I came across a mine field of dog mess at the rear of property where I was asked to dispose of rubbish. The smell was disgusting and not something we should have been expected to walk through. We left a day early and our last message from the host was an explanation and a refund for the last day...still awaiting this refund.

Positive: Peace and quiet, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely country location and a comfy and good sized living/ dining area for the 5 of us. Also the location is central for driving to many parts of Ireland, 2 hours in any direction will allow you to access almost the whole country, if ,like me, you enjoy the open road.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay – perfect location for visiting family, and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Their lovely children helped keep our kids entertained, and the two gorgeous, friendly dogs were a real highlight! The house was spacious, well equipped, with super comfy beds – we’d definitely book again.
