Summary: We loved this resort. We upgraded to Rasa wing and enjoyed excellent additional services, such as afternoon tea and a cocktail hour. The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. They offer an array of dining options at the resort and the food was excellent. There is also a spa and other activities, such as a pitch and putt course. Additionally, the resort is within walking distance to an area where there are many restaurants and other tourist attractions all with local flavor. Downtown Georgetown is about a 30 minute drive away. (There is a lot of traffic on the island.) This resort is ideal for people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. (Hotel offers a shuttle service to Georgetown). It’s definitely a place to relax and unwind.

Summary: Amazing customer service, all staff are very welcoming and helpful. House keeping was wonderful, every time we went out they will come and tidy the room with little thoughtfulness surprise. Bravo. Definitely it was a first class experience.
