Summary: We have had a number of long stay holidays in Asia but Penang was by far the best there is so much to do and the local population we met were delightful and always willing to provide advice and help. The apartment was spacious and clean with a small balcony with a great view of the sea. We had a few issues over kitchen equipment but they were rapidly and successfully resolved. The hosts Sharon and Leslie provide an excellent service they live in Miami Green are very quick to respond to requests but are never intrusive. They own or manage a number of properties so whichever you choose you will get a good service. The facilities are superb with a large swimming pool and a smaller pool by Block C. The site is well maintained and the security is good. Over the course of eight weeks we travelled a lot by bus. The buses are frequent, air conditioned and clean it is a very good service and very cheap. The beach which is a short walk away is very attractive and at the weekends has some hawker stalls selling Malaysian food. There is also a restaurant opposite the hotel which is run by an Indian family and the food is delicious in a wonderful setting. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Summary: We stayed at Sharon and Lesley's apartment at Miami Green from October 2015 through to January 2016 and had a fantastic time. The unit was as displayed and our stay was all the better for the service we received from our hosts. A few teething problems in the kitchen and an overhead fan replacement were attended to quickly and efficiently. Thank you Abdul!! The staff at the complex were all fantastic as well especially the crew on the gate HI Manny. It is a short walk down and up the hill to the bus and we took advantage of the Rapid Penang weekly bus pass for $10 ringgit. We also used Uber a fair bit when the buses were infrequent at night or if the weather got bad. All in all we would not hesitate in recommending Sharon and Lesley as first rate hosts. The facilities at MIami Green are first class. The only regret is that there is not a closer place to enjoy a meal, but with the good bus service you are not far away from delicious Penang Food. We will be back not soon enough though. Enjoy your stay.

Summary: As always Miami Green is a great place, swimming pool and gardens are beautiful. The apartment is nice and well equipped, although not on a high level the view is great. Sharon and Leslie as always are superb, nothing is too much trouble.

Summary: Very much enjoyed my stay at Miami Green condo. Excellent communication with the host over email reassured me even before I arrived that this was the right choice for my Penang stay. The apartment is very well equipped, lovely, excellent condition and is by the beach - close to public transport options so easy to get around without needing to deal with driving or parking.

Summary: I travel a fair bit and always try to find self-contained apartments because I really hate hotel rooms. This one was great - spacious, clean, modern style, by beach and very good value. While not directly on the waterfront the beach is a 2-3 minute walk and the apartment has nice ocean views. The location was perfect. A grocery store on the corner, transportation across the street and walking distance to food stalls.

Summary: We have stayed at a lot of apartments in Penang and this one would have to be one of the best experiences. Our hosts were lovely people, all the small touches had been thought of. Miami Green apartment had a homely feel had everything we needed, it was clean, quiet and very comfortable, seaview is a value added. would definitely stay there again. Summary: The well-managed and well-equipped 3-bedroom Seaview Apt was very comfortable for our family of 5. We found the unit clean comfortable and well appointed. Hosts were only too pleased to help with any concerns. It was only a three minutes walk to the beach, where you can walk down the rocks or use stairs we found down a short path away. The kids loved the beach, and exploring in the water. We enjoyed being in a quiet area and still be able to drive to Georgetown. Would stay again if we returned to that area.

Summary: The villa was one of the best we have stayed in for self-contained accommodation. Everything necessary was provided, and the spaciousness, cleanliness and decor was a welcome bonus! A car is not necessary, public transport is very frequent. Cold Storage and restaurants are closed by.
