Positive: The hotel was great. The best we've stayed at in China. Everything is new, clean, and stylish. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. Transfers to and from Disneyland, and to and from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Johnson, the hotel manager. Johnson speaks excellent English (an exceptional rarity in China), is always ready to help with absolutely any question, and is very attentive. Special thanks to Olivia for organizing the transfer to the train station and her support. Shanghai, this hotel and Johnson will remain in our hearts forever. We can recommend it to everyone.

Positive: Quiet location if you want to be away from hustle and bustle of the city. Close to subway station. Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast and dinner spread is amazing! Simple, healthy and a lot of choices. Kudoa to the chef. The staff are very friendly.

Positive: It’s a very conveniently located hotel near the Beixinjing station on Line 2 of Shanghai Metro. You can hop onto it from either Pudong or Hongqiao airports. It’s a great property where evening strolls can be taken and also some nice restaurants within walkable distance. Staff are extremely responsive. Mr. Johnson was especially very proactive. He takes personal care of guests giving them some insights about the city and also the facilities. I will be back in Shanghai and will definitely be staying here.

Negative: Nothing much. Breakfast and dinner could have more choices. In a longer stay we can get bored.

Positive: The modern fit out, well designed interiors, very spacious rooms, buffet breakfast + dinners were delicious, authentic Chinese food. The staff were extremely helpful with every little thing. The price is well worth the experience.

Negative: The only downside is the location which requires a good 20-30minute cab into the main part of the city.

Positive: Perfect hotel, read till the end to see the big surprise. Close to everything, metro station at 5 min walk to take you directly to the airport or any other famous places to visit in Shanghai. The hotel is new, the room is big, the bed is comfortable and you are totally in the dark to sleep. There is a gym room. The staff people are all so nice and helpful, especially Johnson the Butler, they do speak English and even if they don't understand everything they will do the necessary to help. Big surprise in this hotel, you have a generous breakfast, of course, but THE THING is from 6pm to 10pm you have FREE Dining at the restaurant, unbelievable, in all of the hotels I have been it's the first one to even offer this and I hope they will continue.
