Positive: We really enjoyed the room and the beds which were really comfortable. The room cleaning service is efficient and more than satisfactory, and the staff was helpful with all the questions we had! The location of the hotel is 10 min away by walk from Line 2 metro so it's really convenient to reach city center, and there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. No issue checking in with our foreign passports 👌 free drinks were offered and replenished all throughout our stay which is really appreciated in these hot days. Air conditioning and air purifier in the room are really good too

Negative: I don't think there is an English service desk though, neither is there a gym as marketed on their hotel but all the rest is perfect. Do not go into the hotel thinking you'll be able to workout, and you might want to prepare a translation app for foreigners who are not comfortable speaking a little Mandarin to make the check-in easier but those really are not big issues 👌
