Positive: Great location, and access was well described and explained before we arrived so no trouble once we were there. Clean, comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.

Negative: It was very hot weather when we stayed. There is a ceiling fan in the main room, but the lights had to be on to operate it (the separate pull cord was broken). Providing a fan would have been good... BUT we didn't ask for one, and I am truly nitpicking here. It's not the hosts' fault that we had a short heatwave.
