Negative: I had a few issues with getting information about access etc, but this was a simple error with an overlooked email that the owners were happy to resolve

Positive: What a gem, A beautiful property which makes you feel at home. The decor is perfect with some fascinating pieces of artwork around the house. Perfect location to train station close enough but also not too close to hear any noise. 5 minutes train to Margate, supermarkets, shops, takeaways restaurants and bars in abundance close to property. It has all the Facilities needed for short or long breaks. We were just gutted that we were only there for one night as we've been all over the UK and this was probably our favourite accommodation thus far.

Negative: I don't like being honest as by giving this property the great review it deserves means we will struggle to rebook as it will be fully booked in future. As it should be

Positive: Stunning property and immaculately clean throughout.

Negative: TVs in the rooms would have ruined the gorgeous aesthetic however as a personal preference I like a tv to go to sleep to.

Positive: It is a bright and modern house, nicely decorated, with its own parking space. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. There was a very quick response to queries, and to a problem which I inadvertently created! Very good customer service.

Negative: The TV was very difficult to operate as there wasn't an aerial and channels had to be accessed via apps, which you had to keep signing in to. No quick change of channels. And all instructions were in German for some reason.

Positive: The property was clean, spacious and well taken care of and looked even better than the pictures. The beds and bathrooms were super clean and tidy. The host provided towels and products for the shower. The neighbourhood was quiet in a calming not eerie way and close enough to the centre which made travel super easy. The host even made us a lovely gift basket with cookies and Prosecco which was a lovely personalised touch. I have nothing bad to say about the property except I wish I stayed longer. This property is one reason why I would come back to Margate, really great experience

Positive: Hosts were amazing, very helpful. We ordered some bits from Amazon and they were kind enough to take them in. A lovely hamper, used always get this with bookings and not so much anymore so this was a lovely touch. The property is modern, clean and airy had a lovely homey feel to it. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. Really impressed, highly recommend and would stay here again

Negative: The bedroom on the right, the was pretty hard and uncomfortable, a mattress topper would help with this. The roof window in the other bedroom, the blind is poor and broken. Luckily we had eye masks as it was a 5am wake up call otherwise.

Positive: The welcome basket was a lovely tuch. The communication about getting in was great. The place was nicely decorated. Just be aware that the beds are small doubles. We did find it very hot. If we had been there longer, I would have asked about getting heating turned down but not nessesary for one night. We stayed to attend a family party. We would consider using the property again.
