Summary: We booked the villa for a group of 18 for my sons 21st and my 50th. It is perfect in every way for large groups. We all had our own space and privacy. Multiple areas to congregate. All the young ones had the apartments at the front with their own pool and balcony area. They could do their own thing, come and go without disturbing anyone else. Main floor where master was is perfect with access to the infinity pool on entertainment floor. Room 7 and 8 again another separate area for friends that had their own balcony and plunge pool, private again. The staff were brilliant. Anything needed was organised for us. Not only whilst there but leading up to our arrival everything was pre organised. I cannot express enough how grateful we all were. They made us all feel so special. And the food... omg.... im not a breakfast person but i made sure every day i was there for breakfast plus they organised 2 banquet dinners for us which was beautifully done. And i cant forget the drivers, 2 brilliant transport vans that can take 10 in each. Comfortable, aircon, leather seats. Thank you to all the team from the bottom of our hearts. We WILL be back.

Summary: Baan Sung Thai Villa is an amazing property with all the facilities you could need. We travelled with a large (17) group and the layout of the villa and the room configurations allowed everyone their own space, while also having great, functional communal areas as well. Stefan and the house staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, and the in house food is delicious! We got a Thai meal cooked for our group for dinner one night and the daily breakfast is lovely (10/10 for the omelettes! We were all addicted by the end of the trip!). There was plenty for the kids (6-17 years) to keep occupied, and the pools were lovely! The only thing I could suggest for the listing is some more detail about the steps/steep block. One of our group has had bilateral hip & knee replacement and another recently had foot surgery. The stairs weren’t impossible for them to manage, but it was a bit of a shock at first. We didn’t mind them though, made us feel like we got a bit of exercise in an otherwise lazy, restful holiday. A wonderful spot that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Summary: Staff were delightful & looked after our large group of 29 very well & we were very comfortable. The chef’s food was better than anything we had in any of the Kamala restaurants! It’s worth noting that access to the villa is very steep so for anyone with mobility issues should be warned!

Summary: Our group of friends and family spent ten glorious nights in the spacious villa, fantastic layout for a group (note very steep driveway/lots of steps which would be tricky for someone with mobility issues). We loved the two pools, rooftop terrace, large games room and lovely staff who served breakfast, cooked some special dinners and drove us in a minivan to Kamala Beach’s great restaurants and bars and further afield. Fabulous little coffee shop just a couple of doors up. Great location on a hill with mountain and local views, five mins drive or half hour walk to Kamala centre. So much nicer than staying in Patong (although it was fun to visit). The staff were fantastic, helping us with anything we needed, including booking a private catamaran day trip to Coral Island which was sensational. We would definitely return.

Summary: We had 7 couples stay here at the main villa. Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the most incredible welcome meal set up upon our arrival. It was super nice to have the shuttle right there for our anytime use. We even rented motor bikes, which they arranged to have delivered right to us. My brother and sister in law got married while we were staying in Thailand. Maria and Alicia helped plan an absolute beautiful beach wedding. Then arranged for a wonderful dinner and entertainment back at the villa. I would definitely stay here at the villa again. It’s a great area not too far of a drive to the beach. I even found the cutest little coffee shop just 4 doors up. I was sad I didn’t see it until the very tail end of our trip. But happy I got to try their yummy iced coffee. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place and staff is. We will definitely be back!!!!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time at the villa. There are plenty of rooms and recreational spaces. We like how it was away from all the noise and traffic and set in a verdant and tranquil location. The transport provided by the villa was very reliable. From Baan Sung to Jungceylon Shopping Mall, it took an average of only about 30 minutes.

Summary: This property accommodated 18 of us 10 adults & 8 teenagers aged from 13-17yrs old for 8Nts, we were not disappointed in our choice at all, the house was amazing & big enough for all of us to not get in each others road. The staff, food & service was exceptional & we thoughrly enjoyed our stay. In a great location to Kamala Beach by either the house bus or by foot, which we enjoyed walking through the local area. Would highly recommend this property!
