The Suite was spacious, the staff was always smiling and very helpful and the big breakfast buffet was an amazing start in the day. The Pool and slide makes the hotel a perfect getaway for couple and family trips. We can highly recommend the hotel. :)

The rooms were extremely comfortable and very spacious – not only was there a large drawing area, but the room itself was also well designed and equipped with all the basics needed for a pleasant stay. I had booked a pool-facing room, and the view added greatly to the overall experience. The staff were very courteous and made the whole process from check-in to check-out a smooth transition. They were also highly accommodative to all my requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax. Although the property is a little away from the city center, it works perfectly as a resort-style getaway. For anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and good service, this is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

The discount for Andamanda Water Park was a bonus — we had an amazing day there. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. Would happily return!

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, share useful information, or simply offer a smile. The atmosphere felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The breakfasts deserve special mention — I’ve stayed at five different hotels in Phuket, but nowhere else had such variety and delicious options. This is one of those places where you’re not wondering what to eat, but rather how not to eat everything at once! The pool is great, and the water slide is a big hit with the kids. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. One evening we were invited to a GM cocktail event, which was such a nice touch. We had the pleasure of meeting Kristian, who truly is the heart of the hotel. His presence made us feel genuinely special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm, friendly vibe.
