Positive: This is one of those rare cases when reality exceeds all expectations! 🇹🇷 The hotel truly won us over with its warm hospitality and charming atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel is a perfect place to relax. The pool near the water slides was heated. The kitchen was perfect for my family, and the buffet was at a very cool level. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for making our vacation!!!

Positive: Friendly staff and a private beach with pier. Great playgrounds and amenities, plus a large pool with slides (likely a blast in summer, it was cold and uncomfy to swim in early October). Open bar with tons of mid-range drink options.
Negative: The outdoor pools (including the kids' splash area) were all unheated and freezing - totally uncomfortable for swimming. Their brochure mentions they can heat them depending on the weather, so on day two, I called to ask if they'd turn them on. The staff admitted it but said no because of the temps (23–26°C daytime, about 15°C at night). The indoor pool was tiny and had a strong moldy smell, so we skipped it after the first try. Even at busier times, you'd only spot 2–5 people in any outdoor pools at once. Get this: the sea water was actually warmer than the pools. That says it all. Warning: some of us got food poisoning - be cautious with the food. We reported it to the front desk, and they promised to investigate.
Summary: Not a true 5*. Gravel-sand mixed shore. Tons of food/drink options, but quality's hit or miss.

Positive: The hotel has private beach with calm see.
Negative: We visited Turkey for couple of years in a row and this is the worst hotel that we stayed in. We booked it because of the nice reviews and were negatively surprised to the point that we think that the excellent reviews are likely written by the hotel themselves. The food in the hotel is more like a 3-star hotel. No variety, low quality, all cooked dishes taste the same. The personnel touches food without gloves, both in the restaurant and in the snack bar, which is unacceptable for me. Most of the hotel staff appears stressed and unmotivated. I would never book this hotel again.
