Positive: It is clean, plenty of food. Facilities are good, it is close to the beach, we enjoyed it very much. Staff is very friendly

Negative: Please start labelling all food with allergens. We should be able to choose to eat something without asking staff all the time. Also staff tried to help but the language barrier prevented it sometime. Also smoking, in most European countries smoking n public places are not permitted. It was hard to enjoy weather and sit anywhere without someone smoking next to you. Can you please split sites for designated smoking and non smoking areas.

Summary: We love the trip. It is a it far from Antalya airport but it is certainly friendly place and nice facilities

Positive: Great renewed modern hotel. Large and clean rooms, quiet, well equipped. Sea very close. Kitchen was amaizing - so wide range of food, every day could find smth new and most important - tasty! Realy we enjoyed it and recomend to everyone. Special thanks to Muratersin, he made our holidays more happier.

Negative: Realy disturbed smoking persons - they were lot and most sad point, that there were not divided smoking areas from none smokers, even during the meals. About this point hotel realy need to think. Some of staff members could be more polite and friendly.

Positive: We liked everything - spacious clean rooms, new facilities, delicious food at the restaurant (special thanks to the restaurant staff members Buvajan, Enajan, Suhrab, Diana, Jebbar, Sultan, Dastan, Kadir, Mehmet and Karagos), ice cream at the cafe, big swimming pool, evening concerts programs, morning yoga, aqua yoga, the gym facility. The beach is not on the "front line", you have to walk about 100 meters, but they keep the hotel beach area very clean, offering also a food and beverages there which is very convenient. The freshly made traditional turkish snack "gözleme" (freshly baked bread with filled cheese and spinach) was so delicious! The hotel also threw an Oktoberfest party with the live performance of the musical band and barbeque food. We enjoyed a lot our stay! Thank you!

Negative: There is nothing which we didn't like. Our stay was very pleasant.

Summary: Excellent place to stay for the relaxation and the beach vacation.

Positive: The biggest disappointment was the kids’ animator (a young woman with glasses). During our stay, we brought our daughter to the kids’ club three times, and not once did the animator ask for her name or interact with her in any meaningful way. My daughter ended up playing alone each time, even though there were never more than 5 kids present. I’ve never seen such an empty kids’ club in any hotel before — and now I understand why. There was no proper check-in/check-out system for children. Parents had to sign up their kids themselves, and anyone could pick them up with zero control. Once, my mother came to pick up my daughter, and no one even looked up to see who was taking her or where she was going — I was shocked by the lack of security and attention. That said, in our last two days (starting around July 19th), a new girl appeared in the kids’ club — young, sincere, and genuinely kind. She was a completely different experience and exactly what you’d hope for in a kids’ animator. The second big issue: Smoking is everywhere — on the restaurant terrace, around the pool with water slides (where mostly children are), during shows in the evening — people smoke freely with no concern for others. It would make such a difference to have designated smoking areas, perhaps near the bar, to keep the main family areas smoke-free. Food: The food was decent. Not a huge selection, but enough, given the smaller size of the hotel. The chefs were very nice. My daughter has a dairy allergy, and I appreciated that they made special dairy-free pancakes for her in the morning — thank you for that! However, that’s where it ended. All desserts contained dairy, and she couldn’t enjoy any of them, including ice cream. No sorbets were available, so we had to leave the hotel to buy her something sweet. I believe more attention should be given to food allergies, especially for children. Territory is small and there isn’t much to do during the day. Evenings feature standard shows.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful — every detail is designed with care and style. The gardens, pools, restaurants, and rooms are spotless, perfectly clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition.
