Positive: We absolutely loved our stay! The host is a fantastic carrying lady, who helped with all our queries: arranged excursions, drivers, suggested places to go, solved issues. Additionally, the breakfast was incredible with plenty of options. Way more than we wished for or could eat. The views are breathtaking, the place is far enough from the noise of the city, but the city is easily accessible by a short tuk tuk drive. Highly recommended!

Positive: Serenity Oasis Hill was exactly what we needed: calm, beautiful surroundings, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hillside location gives great views and a sense of privacy away from the noise. Our room was very clean and well maintained, and the whole property felt welcoming and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — you can really feel they care about guests. Breakfast was very good, fresh, and tasty. Overall, this place has a great vibe and we would happily stay again.

Negative: Honestly, nothing significant. Just keep in mind it’s on a hill, so the access road is a bit uphill — for us it was actually a plus.

Positive: We loved everything about our stay from the moment of receiving our booking the owner was welcoming, warm and informative. Our room was beautifully appointed with an amazing view 😍 breakfast was delicious - the food just kept coming. The owner also very kindly prepared a packed lunch for our long journey ahead. A most generous and hospitable host 😍. Also great eateries nearby. A perfect stay

Positive: If only I could rate more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it in this case. This place is perfect – clean, luxury rooms with an astonishing view, delightful atmosphere, and delicious food. This gem also hides another gem in the form of the owner. This incredible woman has everything you need and can arrange the rest. She will help you, recommend places, and guide you with a smile on her face. And for anyone concerned about the recent cyclone situation: there is absolutely no need to hesitate before coming to Kandy. The city is already back to normal, safe, and fully functioning. This accommodation is located on a hill, so it was not affected by flooding at all. It is a safe, peaceful environment where you truly feel at home.

Positive: Really friendly welcoming staff, best stay we had in Srilanka. Staff were so helpful prior to our trip to help book trips and drivers. Amazing food and one evening the chef was unwell so we couldn't have daal so they made it the next morning for us, so kind and thoughtful. Staff very attentive and helped us with everything- definitely recommend! Excellent responsiveness and helped us book tuk tuks to town. Lovely hot shower too, appreciated after we got caught in rain on our hike at knuckles. Amazing view and good air-conditioning. Beds are comfy and room is spotless. Lovely thick towels. Breakfast is very tasty and they give you loads of local tasty food! Thank you Jayantha, Sana and team!

Positive: Superb comfort, magnificant service and warm helpful staff. This was our best accomodation find in Sri Lanka. Cannot fault anything and the views magnificant

Negative: Initially thought the site was a little isolated but found we could walk into town in 10 minutes by following the railway line.

Negative: Not a negative side, actually positive as Kandy is very polluted: the stay is 10/15 mins driving from city center. You will need your vehicle or tuktuk rides
