Positive: The furnishings were elegant. The beds were soft. That kitchen had everything we needed. And the neighborhood was nice. We were short on time, but we got into the hot tub once and the rest of the backyard was very pretty

Negative: We're familiar with keyless entry. But we found the front door buttons very sticky and just made the door very difficult to get open with the code, and then part of the directions are incorrect. There was no pound key, so that was a little confusing. Likewise, locking the door, one person had to hold it shut while the other put in the code. I could not figure out the thermostat at all. But the younger person with us had one at her house, so she was able to make it work. It might be helpful to have directions in the house on how to use the nest type thermostat. Lastly, we had a little bit of water dripping down through the ceiling vent in the t v room when a bath was taken upstairs. But they were going to get that fixed right away, and i'm sure it got done.
