Summary: Beautiful Boutique hotel. Great staff, clean beautiful room. Convenient location to everything downtown, lovely decor in room. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Reasonably priced.

Summary: We stayed at the 500 for my birthday. It was Amazing!!! Great service, Beautiful room. Everything from the valet parking to the complimentary glass of wine walking in the door really just made me feel like i was special. One thing to keep in mind the valet parking is a charge of 30 dollars for protected overnight parking. I really didn't pay attention to that checking in, but it was totally worth it.

Summary: It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. I have 2 recommendations to make it even better. 1. Pleasr provide an alternative to coffee. Hot chocolate would have been great. 2. The cleaning staff should close the barn doors in the toilet area when they clean. They will see all the dirt/dust on the baseboards behind the door that way. As i said before, it was a beautiful place to stay and the staff, inside and outside, couldn't have been nicer or better. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Boise.

Summary: I gave this to my daughter and her husband as a gift. They've stayed here before and loved it. They reported back that this time it's as wonderful as ever. The only criticism they had was the breakfast they ordered for room service. My son-in-law loved his choice, but my daughter, who ordered a breakfast burrito, claimed that the cheese was suspiciously like cheese whizz. Apparently it was described as "government cheese". Surprising since the food came from the new high end restaurant downstairs. Nothing to do with the hotel, however.

Summary: The rooms are absolutely gorgeous! We got a deluxe King which is the most prevalent room they offer. It was great, it was Egyptian themed. All the rooms have a different different theme. Egyptian isn't necessarily my style, but for someone who likes that kind of stuff it would have been great! When you walk in, you're greeted warmly by the staff and checked in quickly. They offer you complimentary beer or wine and then unlimited snacks that are also complementary including Coke products and chips and treats. They also have a beautiful restaurant and bar located within the hotel called The Hemlock. We went there for a nightcap and really enjoyed the ambiance. It's a very clean hotel and we will definitely be back! We went there for a staycation. We live in Nampa, about 15 minutes away and have always wanted to stay there. The only thing that didn't really run smoothly was the shuttle service they offer. Its really hard to get a hold of somebody when you need a ride back. We had scheduled a shuttle the day before for our dinner reservation and we didn't wind up getting there until about 5 minutes after our reservation. Even though we had made arrangements with the shuttle for 6:45 p.m. we didn't arrive until 7:05 for our reservation which was two blocks away. Had we realized that we would have just. Also it is valet only and it is $30 a day so that's a little spendy and wasn't a great value for us. But other than that it was great.
