Negative: There is no lift facility so I had a problem with my bags...but manager was there to help with the bags so that was solved

Positive: I recently visited Pune with my family and for the first time tried the furnished apartment option. My concern was that I was not getting a hotel in my budget with 2 rooms option and was not comfortable in taking 2 separate rooms (we are 5 member family). So I tried Serene Living due to its high rating. I am not at all disappointed. Bathrooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable as I look for these 2 parameters wherever I stay. Property was fully furnished with everything I needed and more. It is located in a busy street and everything I needed was available within walking distance. The host was great. Property was well secured. And it was well under my budget. If I visit Pune again, I'll surely try to stay here again....and again. Highly recommended for families who are staying for a long duration in Pune. Thanks to Sandy (owner) for being great host.
Negative: The locking system at the main door can be improved by replacing the lock with self locking system. Manual locks are bit tedious to use.
