Positive: The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. The grounds people and internal hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special thanks to Suman at front desk and Kopila in the restaurant.

Negative: Although this isnt something the hotel could control, other guests were very loud at night. On all occasions, staff quickly stepped in to stop the racket.

Positive: The staff is quite professional and responsive Location is decent

Negative: It was 31st December night There was a dog barking constantly on the same floor where we were staying Someone had probably sneaked in a barking dog with their other guests The worst night ever as we couldn't sleep peacefully We did complain to the management but their response was passable as there were so many activities going on there The staff is still quite prompt But the larger issue seems to be with the management Please save your hard earned money and AVOID this beautiful looking dumping yard that is sooooo far from the city that you will regret eventually I wish I had a refund available Also..... if you have nowhere else to go please book an affordable Lemon Tree anywhere in the city ATLEAST you will sleep peacefully
