Summary: My family and I rented this home to cook Thanksgiving Dinner for my son who was back in the Country for a short time for his training program. The home is in a convenient location to get around the local area. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a feast. The beds were comfortable and the two living areas was great for my large group. The home was fully stocked with linens, soaps, cleaners and liitle amenities that made the trip stress free. The only down side was the the spa kept having issues with the pump. The property owner was very responsive and tried to fix the issue but it kept happening. They came over every day so they did what they could, even on thanksgiving day. 😃

Summary: We loved our stay in this spacious, bright home! It had a great layout with multiple areas to hang out with family indoors and out. The gated pool with hot tub was the perfect size for our family. One of the grandkids with us was a three year old so we were happy there was a gate and an alert that sounded when the slider was opened. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a fabulous manual to explain "How to" operate things like TV and Coffee maker. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and the beds were comfy! It was not a far drive to the beach which was important to us. We had 6 adults and 3 kids ages 3-9 and we had plenty of room. The property owner was friendly and responded promptly to questions. Our stay was a great overall experience! I would definitely go back.

Summary: Very clean, awesome home. Everything needed was there and even more. Owner responded on time, was very helpful, and our overall stay was just outstanding. It's worth booking it again in the future. Thanks to Melissa for the hospitality.

Summary: We came back again and it was just as wonderful as our first time. Communication was and always is wonderful. Melissa is a wonderful host. Her home is beautiful and well taken care of. I recommend this place for a good family vacation/friend group trip. Can’t wait to vacation again! Thankyou once again Melissa!

Summary: Very happy to have rented this beautiful house for our vacation. We found everything we needed for our one week stay. It was very clean and had plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash and coffee provided. We loved the pool, pool table and the jacuzzi. We did go to the beach and Sea World, but having not seen my son in 10 months, I really enjoyed the amenities that gave us things to do together at our temporary home.

Summary: This property is nice; however, major issues with spa & pool. Never heated up so never had use of the 2 items which is why I rented this property. Additionally, middle bedroom mattress was uncomfortable (we did not make an issue) Also too much control over a/c unit. Only one cabinet is child proof , under the sink. Enjoyed the Astro turf in backyard no worries about allergies to grass. If it wasn’t for the spa/pool issue we would have enjoyed our stay, but lots of money for missing main amenities.

Summary: My group & I really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing. Very organized & cozy inside. Everything in the kitchen was labeled which helped so much. The pool is just as a amazing as it looks. There is a book that comes with a ton of information for the house. Checkout rules, which was very easy to follow. Everything just well put together. We loved this place so much we plan on coming back soon ! Thankyou Melissa for making our stay great!
