This property is located with lots of local wildlife around and certain droppings may be possible around the house when you arrive.
The access road to the house is a gravel road. The backyard has a Hot and Cold outside shower to rinse off after a beach day.

Please note that the grass next to the driveway can be very wet, and is not to be driven on. The lawns get damaged to much. Please make sure to only use the driveway itself and turn at the end of the driveway and park.

Summary: The property was huge, beautiful setting and short walk to beach. plenty room inside and out and perfect for our large group that came and went over the weekend. Generally it was clean but needed a good ceiling dust as there were cobwebs .everywhere. Would definitely stay again. defwdetrainitially

Summary: Mine and my sister's families stayed here for a long weekend. The check in process was very smooth, communication with the host was great, the house was as described and well kitted out with lots of kitchen equipment and toys. We had 5 kids with us and they loved it, the backyard was amazing and all the toys were really helpful to have. I would recommend staying here, especially if you're travelling with children.

Summary: We had a lovely getaway in this spacious property. My young children (5&3 year olds) absolutely loved the massive backyard. I was initially a bit worried about the pond on the property having 2 young kids but we were given sufficient warnings about this in the check in info (do not leave kids un supervised at front yard) but luckily the backyard was fenced off from the front where the pond is so it wasn’t really an issue (we just made sure they only played in the backyard and kept the front door locked. We loved morning walks to Berrys beach. I would suggest bringing a hairdryer as the one supplied is quite small and not very efficient but overall we loved this property and communication with Matt the host was fuss free. Thanks Matt!
