The house is close to the beach and with a large back yard suited for family holidays.
The deck is north facing and a delight for morning coffee and just relaxing during the day. Features BBQ facility.
The property can sleep up to 5 people in the 2 bedrooms -
First bed room has a Queen bed plus built in robes and the second bedroom has a king single bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is double bottom and single top.
There is a downstairs shower, toilet and laundry while upstairs is another bathroom and a separate second toilet.
The kitchen/living area is bright and cheerful featuring all of your cooking needs.The dining table seats 4 comfortably.
The rear yard is fenced and perfect for family games. The undercover carport area is great for bikes and cars.

Summary: Amazing location a short walk to gorgeous Ventnor beach. The property had everything we needed, without being cluttered with knick-knacks we were worried about breaking. Comfy beds, plenty of space and lovely views. No complaints at all. Excellent communication from the host David, who went out of his way to answer all our questions. Thank you David, we will definitely be back!

Summary: Perfect for a long beach getaway. Views of greenery from all windows and a big deck with glimpses of the water and great for enjoying an evening aperitif after a day on the beach or sightseeing. Kitchen had everything required. The only thing that could have been improved was better water pressure in the bathroom basin taps.
