Positive: Great location for all attractions in Sepilock. Lovely grounds. Great staff. Good choice of vegan and vegetarian food for evening meals.

Negative: Very small things such a would like lamps in room rather than one overhead light, but then I was in a budget room. Overall it was very good.

Positive: What fully exceeded our expectations was a staff member Nikki! On our last day she used her connections to secure a transfer from Sepilok to the yacht club (a 45 minute drive without traffic) for us to barely make it in time for our boat connection. We had assumed Grab would be easy to book there and it was not. The rest of the staff were thoughtful and the grounds are beautiful.

Negative: Perhaps warn us about the need to precook important connections.

Positive: Beautiful location in the middle of the jungle, with a small swimming pool and nice restaurant

Negative: There are only two bathrooms in the dormitories so sometimes we had to wait a bit to use them in the morning. The restaurant was a bit pricey but the food is amazing
