Positive: Great location to sightseeing locations, some walking distance . A rustic feel with 3 star accommodation . Food was decent and support staff friendly and helpful. Having a shuttle service would be helpful.

Positive: The location is absolutely perfect! The staff are incredibly lovely, always smiling and ready to help with anything. I especially appreciated how peaceful the area is, yet still just a short walk to the Rainforest Discovery Centre and only about 25 minutes on foot to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre (though we opted for a taxi because of the heat). A wonderful stay overall!

Positive: Everything was great, other than multiple blackouts that made things quite inconvenient and uncomfortable, however this was a Sepilok wide issue and not the BnBs fault.

Positive: Good shower, comfy bed, simple, but nice breakfast. Good conditioning. Helpful reception ladies.

Negative: In my opinion Family Room with Balcony is more suitable / better for a couple /family/a group rather than a solo traveler (which unfortunately I did not realize in the time of booking).
