Summary: Got charged $25 for a resort fee that was supposed to be included in the original price, its what you have been pushing for several months now.

Summary: The hotel was super quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were large. The hotel room did look a little worn. I would have rated the stay a 4 out of 5 but while we were checking out we were informed there was going to be a $50 Resort Fee added on to our bill. Hotels.com failed to mention the added resort fee. The explanation was that the Seneca nation was charging the fee since NY stated doesn't charge any tax on Reservation land. So basically, travelers are stuck with a surprise tax.

Summary: Extra surprise charge of $25 at check-in for all guests, on top of "all fees included" by hotels.com. Changed rooms 3 times: first room smelled of smoke, second mildew & third also mildew (though lesser). Ended up on side facing highway/entrance which is loud. Check-in manager Courtney was rude: accused me of lying about smells in rooms to get a suite. Entrance reeks of pot. Best avoided altogether.

Summary: Food service was terrible Tuesday evening. We tried to go to the Italian Restaurant, waited OVER 1 1/2 hours, left and went to the cafe, waited another 1/2 hour and was finally seated. The service and food was wonderful. Was SO disappointed with the restaurants and their lack of Servers. More than half the restaurant had empty tables with no one to take care of you. What was even worse, NO management came out to explain to all of us in line what was going on. If there were other placed to eat nearby, we certainly would have left but there isn't . You're pretty much captive.

Summary: Such a diamond in the rough. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous. I was accidentally assigned a smoking room, and there was no alternative avaliable. They were apologetic and when we decided to check it anyways, you could barely tell, even for 2 non-smokers. Buffet dinner, as usual, was excellent and the service was great.

Summary: It was a great one night stay. The front desk didn’t say anything about the fees correctly, but I’d stayed here before so I knew it was $120 charge on your card for incidentals, then when you leave it’s just a $20 charge. Everything else was great!
