Summary: We had an amazing stay at this ski condo! The location is unbeatable—step right off the deck and you’re on the slope, with easy access to the Chutes Quad Lift. After a full day on the mountain, we loved coming back to the condo where there was plenty of space to hang all our gear—helmets, coats, and pants are all conveniently stored right by the door, making it so easy to gear up or settle in after a day of skiing.Inside, the condo is spacious and beautifully designed. The large dining table was perfect for our group to gather and enjoy meals together, and the living room, with its oversized couch, was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home!If you’re looking for a ski-in/ski-out spot with tons of space and convenient amenities, this condo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Summary: The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.
