Positive: This house is a little gem in Zakynthos. We were so pleased with EVERYTHING. Our host thought in every single detail in this house. Everything you need, you would have it available. Nicely decorated, clean and with modern appliances. There are so many nice things to say. Located in Agio Leon, we had 30 minutes of travel to each corner of the island (this was great to explore different landscapes such as Porto Limonias, Navaggio, Makris Gialos and Vathi Lagadi; completely different beaches from one another). We like to stay away from the south touristic area and we could not have chosen a better place. In Agio Leon, you can find a bakery and some small markets with amazing local products (fresh eggs and traditional local wine in plastic bottles). The stand out of our stay in the house was the barbecue nights we have done in the front terrace which has a far view from the sea as well!!! Such an amazing quiet atmosphere that both my girlfriend and friends enjoyed a lot. We recommend renting a car and we were happy to find out that the house has a private parking space. Overall 10/10. I have travelled to many islands in Greece and stayed in lots of great houses but this one is the best I have ever been to. Next year I might come back to Zakynthos with a visiting friend and I am definitely booking this house again!

Negative: There was no sea view (except for a tiny blue spot on the horizon), as advertised in the pictures. The house is located in very noisy area of the village, next to it a school and a crossing for cars driving to the beach. The patio and the rest of the place looked much larger and wider on the fotos than in real life. We booked it to have a peaceful and quiet place. Unfortunately, it was not.
