Joya House is a 2015 renovated village two bedroom two floor house, with its own enclosed yard in Agios Leon, Zante. Ideal for up to 5 persons, families, couples, friends, it offers a real 'like the locals" experience, as you can walk through the village's narrow streets, and mix with its people.
Joya House has a ground floor kitchen, bathroom and living room, with an enclosed relaxing yard, and two bedrooms on the top floor. A master bedroom, with a double bed and a ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with a small double and single bed.
The house also, has a private courtyard with a garden. Ideal for all those who want to stay alone and relax.
Guests have access to all spaces. The house's ground floor is connected to the top floor through an open space stone staircase.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed(queen size), A/C, a FULL HD TV and a vintage radio. The mattress of bed is really comfort with 300 layer springs for a truly restful sleep, a major reason to choose the house.
In the bathroom you can find all the amenities, such as, shampoos, shower gel, soaps, towels and a hair-drier. Furthermore you can use the washing machine, the electric iron and the ironing board.
At the 1st floor also is situated the second bedroom with a Small Double and Single Bed. Also there are A/C, TV-player and DVD-player.

Summary: This is a gorgeously renovated traditional village house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The village of Agios Leon is up in the hills which are green and very beautiful an and is very central for visiting different areas of the island. There are two bakeries, several cafes and shops, and the excellent family-run San Leon Taverna which serves fantastic and excellent value food. Dionisis the host was very helpful both before and during the trip. He met us at the house when we arrived and explained everything in the house and made us feel very welcome and at home. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Summary: We spent 10 days at Joya Village house and enjoyed our stay. Dennis` mother welcomed us kindly and instructed us in all the important details. The mountain village of Agios Leon has small shopping facilities and is home to two tavernas, which we can only recommend. The people are extremely friendly! Dennis himself recommended via messages countless great tips about the island and its hotspots. We visited a lot of places, some of them breathtaking. Although the mountain village is not centrally located, this was exactly what we had in mind and while driving to and from our daily destinations, we enjoyed the very green nature of the island. All in all, we had a wonderful time out on Zakynthos! As we are repeat offenders, a return is not out of the question! Many thanks at this point to Dennis! Claudia & Bernd

Summary: We really loved our stay at this cottage on Zakynthos island. We felt we stayed in a tranquil space to chill out and take in the peaceful surroundings. The house is lovingly decorated and you feel very comfortable. Our host was very quick to respond and gave so many great tips! Location is also good to explore the whole island!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Joya Village House. The house is quaint and very clean and we loved sitting in the courtyard under the vines and on the balcony upstairs. Everything you need has been thought of. It is situated in a charming village. We loved going to the bakeries in the morning, greeting the locals and soaking up the village atmosphere. Dennis is an amazing host. He is so kind and helpful - nothing is a problem and he gives very good recommendations for sight seeing and places to eat. He maintains great communication with you during your stay. He was very thoughtful giving us wine and melons and full access to his own homemade olive oil and wine. Agios Leon is a very good location for touring the island. All of the major tourist sights are within easy reach and yet it is not inundated with tourists. We would thoroughly recommend staying in Joya Village House.

Summary: The house is located in a village in the mountains of Zakynthos. It‘s really as nice as the pictures show it. We were being welcomed by our host with olive oil and wine made by the family - lovely. Dennis will provide you with any information you need: places to go out, beaches or if you want to rent a motor boat, just ask him. Also we found the people of Agios Leon very nice as it is far away from the touristic hotspots. It‘s still a traditional Greek village with a lot of charme. I hope we will return.
